About the Scientific Advisory Board of the International Association of Lawyers and Consultants.

The Scientific Advisory Board (hereinafter referred to as the SAC) of the International Association of Lawyers and Consultants (hereinafter referred to as the IALC) is an advisory body and acts in order to provide scientific and practical support for the solution of the main tasks assigned to the IALC.

The purpose of the NCC is to assist the legal community in fulfilling tasks related to the development and strengthening of the legal system.

The main tasks of the ACC are to develop scientifically grounded recommendations on the organization and activities in the field of law, regulatory and organizational and methodological support of its activities.

You can apply to the NCS MAUK for:

- scientifically grounded recommendations on problematic issues of legal activity, ensuring the protection of the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens, their access to justice;

- forecast of future and current needs for regulatory legal support;

- consideration of topical problems of the development of Russian legislation and analysis of the practice of its application;

- scientific study of programs, initiatives, draft federal laws and other regulatory legal acts in the field of jurisprudence and consulting;

- consideration and preparation of proposals for the adoption, amendment, addition or abolition of legislative and other regulatory legal acts in the field of jurisprudence and consulting;

- participation in the examination of draft federal laws on issues related to jurisprudence and consulting;

- development of recommendations on the application of legislative and other regulatory legal acts;

- preparation of a scientific and legal opinion;

- carrying out preliminary study and preparation of materials on international professional scientific exchange, holding international professional scientific conferences, round tables and symposia.
