Chairman of the IALC Ainur Yalilov is included in the Federal Collegium for Construction Disputes

We are pleased to announce that the Chairman of the International Association of Lawyers and Consultants Ainur Yalilov has been included in the Board for Construction Disputes on the basis of the Arbitration Center at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
 
The Construction Dispute Board performs an important function in resolving conflicts arising in the process of implementing construction projects. It was created to consider disputes related to the activities of construction organizations, as well as organizations engaged in engineering surveys and the preparation of project documentation, including issues of self-regulation in this area.
 
In a rapidly changing market, it is crucial to have competent experts who are ready to assess complex legal issues and offer effective solutions.
