By the decision of the Urban Planning Council under the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in Moscow dated 18.02.2025, IALC Council member, Executive Director of the Union of Lawyers in Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Managing Partner of PROLEX LAW FIRM Konstantin Andreevich Lushnikov, was appointed co-chairman of the Urban Planning Council under the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in Moscow.
