The organizer (chairman of the organizing committee of the forum) is Konstantin Lushnikov, member of the IALC Council, Managing Partner of PROLEX Law Firm, member of the Council - Executive Director of the Union of Lawyers in the Field of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities, Head of the Center for the Development of Competencies in the Field of Construction Law and Legal Project Management of the Higher School of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.

This forum annually brings together leading experts and opinion leaders, including representatives of large industrial and construction companies, as well as the public sector.
