Members of the Council of the Association are marked by an individual rating of lawyers "Pravo-300"

Rating Pravo-300 has been publishing individual recommendations of lawyers for the fourth year after the release of the results of the main study. This year, 1812 top legal consultants were included in the recommendations, including representatives from new Russian law firms that were created after international companies left the market.
We are pleased to announce that among the recommended lawyers are the Chairman of the Board of the Association Ainur Yalilov (dispute resolution in courts of general jurisdiction), members of the Board of the Association Yuri Mirzoev (tax disputes) and Vladislav Varshavsky (foreign economic activity | customs law, dispute resolution in courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration proceedings ).
The individual rating methodology is based on a project methodology that uses information from the questionnaires of law firms for the research period from September 2021 to September 2022 in 35 nominations of the federal rating and 12 of the regional rating.
In 2021, out of 4,013 lawyers, 1,553 received recommendations. This year, the number of nominees increased by 30% and amounted to 5,201. According to rating analysts, the increase in the number of recommended lawyers is primarily due to an increase in the number of nominations in the study. In addition to the division of arbitration practice into commercial and corporate disputes, bankruptcy practice into litigation projects and consulting, the agro-industrial complex/agriculture and retail industries have also been added. The number recommended in current sanctions practice has also increased due to the number of participants and projects.
To nominate its representative, the law firm needed in the questionnaire:
• indicate three significant projects in which the applicant participated during the study period;
• describe his special achievements and experience in the practice of law, as well as professional awards.
To get into the rating of recommended specialists, lawyers had to participate not only in the three cases indicated in the questionnaire, but also to lead projects that received the highest rating in the main rating by practice and industry.
When published, the names of lawyers in the recommended list are arranged alphabetically. The list can be viewed by following this link .
