On May 11, Pravo.ru announced leaders in litigation: results of the seventh study of the litigation market: the team of the member of the Association, Yalilov & Partners Law Firm, has rightfully become one of the leaders among professionals.

Pravo.ru specialists analysed 10,804 final decisions of Russian arbitration courts, which were made from 1 January to 31 December 2022. The company's participation only as a plaintiff and defendant was taken into account, claims for recovery of court costs, proceedings to challenge the refusal to review a case on newly discovered circumstances and so on were not. It should be noted that last year Russian business tried to initiate litigation less and tried to find compromises with counterparties more.
