Petar Miskovic established PM Law in 2021 after several years of work and cooperation with top-tier international law firms, where he advised clients on some of the most significant M&A transactions in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as on various regulatory & compliance, energy and environmental legal matters.
