We want to start this week with the news about the XXI All-Russian Student Model Trial "All-Russian Judicial Debates - 2025" held on April 25-26. This bright event brought together many talented students and experts who are ready to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in the legal field.
The satellite event, the information partner of which is the IALC, and the general partner is Yalilov & Partners Law Firm, started within the majestic walls of the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University. The opening ceremony brought together representatives of the authorities, the judicial system, the business community, law enforcement officers, and lawyers.
In his welcoming speech, Ainur Yalilov, Chairman of the IALC and Managing Partner of Yalilov & Partners Law Firm, shared his experience and the importance of such events for future lawyers.
The judges at the debate were: Ainur Yalilov, Chairman of the IALC, Managing Partner of Yalilov & Partners Law Firm, Gulnara Beglova, Senior Partner of Yalilov & Partners Law Firm, attorneys at Yalilov & Partners Law Firm Rustam Gubaidullin and Bulat Mardanov.
Anastasia Fedotova, Executive Director of the IALC, also took a direct part in the VSD-2025.
The preparation of the two teams, which took the 2nd place in the criminal proceedings section and the 3rd place in the civil section, was handled by senior lawyers of Yalilov & Partners Law Firm Diana Malysheva, Vilena Ermoshkina, lawyer Kamila Khasanova and attorney at Yalilov & Partners Arina Amirkhanova.
The final of the VSD-2025 and the awarding of the winners were held in an atmosphere of awe and anticipation within the walls of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was the culmination of busy days filled with heated discussions, intense debates and heated debates.
At the award ceremony, Damir Valeev, Chairman of the ACC IALC and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of KFU for Scientific Activities, spoke about the importance of students' participation in court debates and their contribution to the development of the legal profession.
For students, this event was a great opportunity to put into practice the knowledge gained during the training, and for the judges of the debates it was a chance to appreciate the fresh view of young people on topical legal issues.
